The PROVEN agency model is implemented and launch-certified for operator-assisted onboarding. It organizes multiple stores without combining client data or permissions; production activation remains controlled per agency and store, and merchants can see their active agency relationship in their own settings.
Per-store separation
The agency organizes. The store stays separate.
The model organizes the team without merging stores. Each store keeps its data and access separate, while assignment and member access determine who can work for each client.
1 store → 0 or 1 agency
Unassigned stores are valid, and the same store cannot belong to two active agencies at once.
1 member → multiple agencies
The same person can have different roles and permissions in different agencies.
How access is granted
Access updates with the team and the stores the agency manages.
Selecting a client in the interface is not enough to gain access. PROVEN checks that the member belongs to the agency, that the store is assigned to it and that the user has the required permission.

Store assigned to the agency
A store can be assigned, released or moved to another agency through a controlled administrative change.

Active member
The member receives an agency role and an explicit set of permissions for that agency.

Access updates immediately
Suspending a member or moving a store removes the previous access at the next check.

PROVEN keeps enough context to show who acted, for which client and with what outcome.
Agency roles
Three base roles with different limits.
The role sets the starting point, while permissions decide exactly what each member can do. An administrator cannot grant rights they do not have.
Agency Admin
Can administer agency members and most delegated actions for the stores managed by the agency.
Does not receive publishing or media restore rights by default.Agency Operator
Can work with synchronization, checks, found problems, correction proposals and images within the permissions they receive.
Does not administer members and does not receive rights for sensitive actions by default.Agency Viewer
Has read-only access to the allowed areas, including catalog, found problems, images and audit.
Has no mutation permissions.Controlled delegation
Sensitive actions are granted separately.
Publishing a correction and restoring an image require explicit permissions. They can be granted only by someone who already has that right.
- Agency roles do not grant access to global platform administration.
- Agency roles do not automatically grant control over billing.
- An administrator cannot expand their own agency access.
- Publishing and media restore are not included by default in Admin or Operator roles.
Audit and traceability
Each store’s context remains visible in audit.
For access and administration changes, PROVEN keeps who acted, for which agency and store, and what the outcome was.

The agency and store affected by the change.
What happened
The action, its outcome and the available reason.
Current boundaries
The model is launch-certified; activation remains controlled.
The current model uses operator-assisted onboarding and controlled administration of the agency-store relationship. The following features are not included in its current state.
- Consolidated billing across multiple stores and dedicated commercial options for agencies.
- Self-service agency signup and email or token invitations.
- The same store shared simultaneously across multiple agencies.
- Enterprise sign-in through SSO/SAML or SCIM and acting as another user.

Use a multi-store model with clear separation between clients.
