Limited access
The PROVEN site uses data needed for operation, security, preferences and contact. Try PROVEN analyzes only public store information, while the installed app uses merchant-granted permissions needed for enabled features.
Security & trust
PROVEN uses only the access it needs, separates checking from changing, and keeps Shopify changes under your control.

Remediation, approval and publication are separate steps. A proposal does not automatically become a Shopify change.
For changes that can be verified, PROVEN reads the result after publication and keeps it in history.
For changes that can be restored safely, PROVEN checks the store again before restoring the previous version.
Media files needed for verification and restore are stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2. The included backup is kept for 30 days; some plans may provide a longer retention period.
Clear boundaries
This keeps data from being used in more places than needed for the feature you choose.
Try PROVEN analyzes only public store information and does not use Shopify Admin.

Zenia answers about PROVEN and public documentation; it cannot modify the store.
