PROVEN policy
Terms of Service
Terms governing use of PROVEN services, including the public site, Try PROVEN, Zenia and the installed Shopify app.
1. Operator and contact
PROVEN is operated by Adrian Popescu, an independent developer. Operator contact details and address are published in the Legal section.
2. Acceptance
By using the website, Try PROVEN, Zenia or the installed app, you agree to the terms applicable to the surface used and associated policies.
3. PROVEN services
PROVEN provides catalog-quality checks, evidence for identified findings, remediation tools, controlled publication, result verification, audit and, for supported operations, restore.
Available features may depend on store type, Shopify permissions and the applicable access or plan.
4. Try PROVEN
Try PROVEN uses public information and is read-only. It does not provide Shopify Admin access and does not modify the store.
5. Installed app
The installed Shopify app uses permissions granted by the merchant. You are responsible for ensuring that users you authorize have the right to perform their actions.
6. Content and decisions
PROVEN provides analysis and remediation tools, but the merchant remains responsible for catalog content and approval of changes. Ambiguous cases may require merchant review and approval.
7. Paid services
If you accept a paid offer, the price and terms of that offer, the Billing and Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy also apply.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal, abusive or fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, or intentional disruption of PROVEN or third-party platforms.
9. Availability
PROVEN may temporarily limit or suspend a feature for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or external dependency outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PROVEN liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss caused by breach of applicable obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes
Terms may be updated for product, legal or commercial changes. Material changes are published with a new version and effective date.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law without limiting mandatory rights available to protected consumers or users under other applicable rules.
