PROVEN policy
Acceptable Use Policy
Acceptable-use policy for PROVEN public services, including Try PROVEN, Zenia, Support, and anti-abuse boundaries.
Intended use
PROVEN services are intended for legitimate product evaluation, support, product questions and, through Try PROVEN, checking a store you own, manage or are authorized to inspect.
Prohibited use
Do not use PROVEN for:
- bulk or automated scanning intended to build a competitor dataset or bypass service limits;
- analyzing stores without the required authorization where the flow asks for it;
- bypassing authentication, robots rules, rate limits or other access controls;
- offensive security testing, vulnerability exploitation or secret extraction without permission;
- spam, abusive automation or intentionally misleading submissions;
- collecting, profiling, harassing or republishing personal information at scale;
- actions intended to overload, degrade or disrupt PROVEN or third-party infrastructure.
Vulnerability reporting
Good-faith vulnerability reports should follow the Responsible Disclosure Policy. This policy does not, by itself, grant permission to test PROVEN or third-party infrastructure.
Enforcement
PROVEN may reject or limit requests that violate this policy or the service’s safety controls.
Governing law
This policy is governed by Romanian law. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
