Try PROVEN Terms

#1. Purpose

Try PROVEN is a public, read-only check of observable information in a Shopify storefront submitted by the user.

#2. Authorization

By starting a check you confirm that you have the right to request analysis of the submitted domain and that your use complies with the PROVEN Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

#3. Data analyzed

Try PROVEN uses only publicly available data and does not require Shopify Admin access. It does not modify products, settings or store content.

#4. Results

Results are limited to data the service can observe and the sample analyzed. Unavailable information is not automatically presented as a problem.

#5. Personal data and retention

Data needed to provide and secure the check is handled under the Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.

#6. Responsible use

Do not use Try PROVEN for abuse, bypassing controls, intentionally overloading the service or analyzing domains where you do not have the right to request the analysis.

#7. Availability

The service may be temporarily limited for security, maintenance, abuse protection or external dependencies.
