What is new in PROVEN.

Updates to checks, fixes, audit, access, and PROVEN features that matter in day-to-day use.

Improved

Woo Merchant: product-focused review before applying changes

The Woo interface brings product title, description, image, and ALT text into one product context, with before/after comparison and explicit approval for supported changes.

  • Merchants can review title, description HTML, and ALT corrections before applying them; PROVEN rechecks the current state and verifies the change. Editing ALT does not change the image file.
  • Image-file optimization is a separate flow with a selection ceiling of 250 images and progress and outcome reporting. This is not the content-remediation bulk limit, which remains 10 prepared items.
  • Bulk, rollback, and image optimization remain in controlled rollout and are not certified here for general availability. Woo billing and webhook/monitoring parity are not published as available.
Improved

Woo Merchant: controlled rollback and image-optimization operations

The Woo Merchant expansion now includes controlled rollback for supported changes and a separate image-file optimization flow, both with explicit public boundaries.

  • For eligible title, description HTML, and media ALT changes, rollback rechecks current state, requires explicit confirmation, restores the previous value, and verifies the result again; activity refresh can propagate in realtime across sessions.
  • Image optimization has preparation, controlled publication, read-back verification, recovery, and controlled restore of the original media association, while the Merchant workspace can show progress and byte savings.
  • Image-file optimization remains in controlled rollout until cumulative real-store certification is closed. Woo billing and webhook/monitoring parity are still unavailable.
Improved

Agencies: launch-certified operator-assisted model

The multi-store model passed launch certification for the operator-assisted flow, with client isolation, roles, and a merchant-visible agency relationship.

  • Roles, permissions, cross-agency/store isolation, store assignments, and the merchant read-only relationship projection are inside the launch-certified boundary.
  • Production activation remains controlled for one concrete agency, operator, and store identity at a time; this is not global self-service activation.
  • Self-service signup, automatic invitations, consolidated agency billing, a separate Agency identity, and SSO/SAML/SCIM remain outside the current state.
New

Sidekick and WooCommerce: controlled expansion beyond the Shopify flow

Shopify remains the primary merchant experience, while the PROVEN engine is now also used through the Sidekick integration and a controlled WooCommerce expansion.

  • In Shopify Sidekick, PROVEN can provide a limited, read-only catalog-quality view and open the relevant product or review directly in PROVEN; confirmation and publication do not happen in Sidekick.
  • For WooCommerce, PROVEN can connect and verify the store, run its detectors, and manage controlled fixes for product title, description HTML, and image ALT text with preview and explicit confirmation.
  • WooCommerce also has a separate Merchant workspace for read-only catalog, findings, and detection; remediation from that workspace, Woo billing, bulk/rollback, and webhooks are outside the current phase.
Improved

Remediation now starts from the product, while AI stays optional

A product’s issues stay in one context, group by the affected target, and remediation starts from a controlled draft that the merchant can review and edit.

  • Issues affecting the same value are grouped under the same semantic target, so title, description, SEO fields, or image ALT text can be handled in the product’s context.
  • When compatible rules can be composed safely, PROVEN can prepare one deterministic draft; manual editing can start from that draft or from the current value.
  • AI assistance remains a separate optional layer for selected title and SEO issues. Its proposal can be used as an editable draft, but AI is not enabled for every target and does not replace explicit approval or publication.
New

Continuous monitoring and the multi-store agency model

PROVEN can keep findings synchronized with relevant catalog changes, while the agency model is implemented with store-scoped access and controlled roles.

  • Continuous monitoring reads the current Shopify state again and runs targeted rechecks when products change; findings can open, resolve, or reopen, while a recovery path complements immediate processing.
  • Monitoring does not automatically start remediation or publish to Shopify; fixing remains a separate controlled step.
  • The agency model supports multiple stores with separate roles and scope, operator-assisted onboarding, and an active relationship visible to the merchant; self-service signup and consolidated agency billing are not part of the current model.
Improved

Try PROVEN: live progress, cost estimates, and clearer states

The public check now makes it clearer what is happening during analysis, what was actually checked, and what eligible automatic fixes would cost.

  • Progress uses observed counts for fetched and analyzed products, so the page shows only progress it can verify.
  • The result separates checked products, affected products, and observed issues and can show an estimated Fix Credit cost for eligible automatic fixes; manual changes remain free.
  • Store-specific failures are separated from service availability, and retry states show the remaining wait when a temporary limit applies.
Improved

Clearer pricing and a completed French public experience

Pricing separates free manual editing from automatic fixes that use Fix Credits, while documentation and Detector Explorer are now available in RO, EN, and FR.

  • Title, description, SEO fields, and ALT text can be edited manually without using Fix Credits.
  • For available automatic fixes, PROVEN shows the Fix Credit cost before use and does not display assumed costs when pricing is unavailable.
  • Documentation and check pages are published in French with the same structure as the RO and EN versions, and pages can be indexed in all three languages.
In development

Multi-store control: agencies, access, audit, and remediation

PROVEN for agencies is still in development and is not yet ready for launch.

  • The agency model is being built for managing multiple stores with roles and access separated per store, without access in one store automatically carrying over to another.
  • History keeps proposal, approval or rejection, publication, and result verification separate; approval is not publication.
  • The current value and proposed value remain visible separately before application, and Manual, Assisted, and Rule-based automation are available only where the issue supports that method.
Improved

Expanded catalog checks and image optimization

The public check set covers more content-quality cases, while image optimization reduces eligible files without changing their source format.

  • SEO title and SEO description can be flagged separately when they are present but shorter than the configured check threshold.
  • For French, clear and ambiguous cases of potentially missing diacritics are handled separately; PROVEN does not choose a correction automatically when the evidence is insufficient.
  • JPEG stays JPEG, PNG stays PNG, and WebP stays WebP; if processing does not reduce file size, the source remains unchanged.
