Billing & Cancellation Policy

#1. Scope

This policy applies to paid PROVEN services when you accept an offer that states the price, currency, billing period and any included or measured usage.

#2. Billing

The amount and billing frequency are those shown in the accepted offer. Applicable taxes are handled according to the offer and relevant law.

#3. Renewal

If the offer includes automatic renewal, renewal continues until cancellation under the terms shown at acceptance.

#4. Cancellation

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access for an already-paid period continues until the end of that period unless applicable law or the offer provides otherwise. Usage already incurred and related charges remain due.

#5. Plan or price changes

A change affecting price or commercial terms is presented before it becomes applicable and follows any notice or acceptance requirements imposed by law.

#6. Suspension

Access may be limited for non-payment, abuse, security risk or breach of terms to the extent allowed by law and applicable conditions.
