What to check when a result looks wrong, a value appears missing, or a change cannot be published.

When something does not look as expected, first identify where the problem appears: Try PROVEN, the installed app, a fix, publication, or documentation.
A value appears to be missing
In Try PROVEN, some fields are not publicly visible. “Could not be observed” does not automatically mean “missing in Shopify”. The installed app is required for fields available only in Shopify Admin.
A change cannot be applied
PROVEN can stop publication if the data changed after the proposal was prepared. Reload the current state, review the difference, and prepare the change again if it is still needed.
A check result looks unexpected
Open the evidence for the problem and inspect the analyzed fragment or field. Context-dependent cases may require review by the merchant.
Need support
Send the store domain, approximate time of the problem, the page or function you were using, and the ID shown by PROVEN if the interface displays one. Do not send passwords, Shopify access tokens, or other secrets.
